A preliminary concept for approximately 15.82 acres at Fort DuPont in Delaware City, Delaware. The vision is a walkable, mixed-use and mixed-income neighborhood combining missing-middle housing, selective live-work and neighborhood commercial uses, adaptive reuse of historic resources, connected outdoor spaces, and disciplined phased delivery.

Mayweather Partners is evaluating potential participation as a developer, capital partner, lender, or delivery partner. Participation, project scope, approvals, financing, and feasibility have not been confirmed and remain subject to diligence, community engagement, negotiation, and definitive agreements.
